PAST EVENT DAY
Love A Senior Day Jacksonville was held at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds, on Saturday October
26, 2019. The day was filled with energy, excitement and a genuine desire to learn!
Special thanks to our hostess with the mostess…Toula Wootan from Toula’s Tips for Caregiving.
Toula invited us to her home city, and connected us to all the wonderful sponsors, vendors,
volunteers and wonderful supporters of the event!
The sponsors, vendors and participants TRULY care about the older Americans in this great city
and they took the time to be a part of the festivities of Love A Senior Day to prove it.
Senator Aaron Bean kicked off the festivities for us and had the best time with the attendees,
giving away prizes and doing shout outs! Never a dull moment!
Entertainment provided on the “Seniors on Stage“ was so amazing, and our own Ron Marlowe,
from the famed “Marlowe Twins” piano duo was our king of the stage. We had senior ladies
modeling outfits, and others singing.
